Mr. Piekenbrock has over 25 years experience in the minerals exploration and development sector. Joe holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of Colorado and an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Arizona. Joe has managed exploration projects from grassroots discovery through advanced acquisitions. Joe has worked extensively in South America, and he brings a wealth of northern experience through years of exploration for both Teck Cominco and Placer Dome in Alaska. Currently, Mr Piekenbrock is the Vice President, Exploration for NovaGold Resources Inc. (joined NovaGold in 2002).

Mr. Stammers has over 30 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. Michael holds a combined honours B.A. (1977) in Geology and Geography from McMaster University. Michael has managed a wide variety of precious and base metal projects in Canada (Yukon and British Columbia) and U.S.A. (Alaska) for major and junior miners. Currently, Mr. Stammers is the Manager of Land for NovaGold Resources Inc.

Ms. Penstock, president of Web Medialogic, has several years experience in marketing and has been a director of various public companies.
