John Shanahan

John Shanahan is an experienced Montana mining executive. Prior to joining Tintina Resources in June 2016, John was the President & CEO of the Revett Mining Company, Inc. (2008 to 2015). John commenced his professional career in Australia with CRA Limited and its various subsidiaries (now part of the RioTinto Group) and has spent over ten years in mine finance and commodity trading in New York City with companies such as Rothschild Inc., and Barclays PLC.

John has a proven track record in Montana with Revett Mining which operated the 4,000tpd underground Troy copper & silver mine in Lincoln County. The Troy Mine was the 2014 and 2015 recipient of the National Mining Association Sentinels of Safety Award for outstanding safety for small underground mines. While at Revett Mining, John was also instrumental in progressing permitting of the Rock Creek copper/silver Project in Sanders County.

John has a B.Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Columbia University.

John will be based in Helena, Montana and will oversee all aspects of the completion of permitting and development of the Black Butte Copper Project near White Sulphur Springs in Meagher County.

Matthew Fitzgerald

Matthew Fitzgerald
Mr. Fitzgerald is an Australian Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the resources industry. He began his career in the Assurance and Advisory division of KPMG, before joining Australian Stock Exchange listed Kimberley Diamond Company NL in 2003, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Director until July 2008.

Eric Vincent
Mr. Eric Vincent is Chief Executive Officer of The Electrum Group LLC, a New York-based investment, advisory and asset management firm with a focus on the natural resources sector. Prior to joining Electrum, Mr. Vincent served as the President of Ospraie Management, an investment firm focused on commodities and basic industries from 2004-2012. Mr. Vincent was previously also a member of the Global Markets Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and a member of the Investor Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (“PCAOB”). Mr. Vincent earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts at Williams College.

Bruce Hooper

Bruce Hooper
Mr Hooper is a registered professional geoscientist with extensive experience in the resources industry including the energy, base metal and precious metal fields. Prior to joining Tintina Resources in 2014 and Sandfire Resources in 2012, Mr Hooper worked in a number of senior exploration, operational and business development roles for a variety of companies including BP, Rio Tinto, North Ltd, Straits Resources, Perilya Ltd and Ivernia.

Megan Shroyer

Megan Shroyer
Ms. Shroyer is Senior Vice President-Montana Credit with Northwest Farm Credit Services overseeing a portfolio of agriculture loans in Montana. She has been with the Northwest Farm Credit Services working alongside farmers and ranchers for the last 19 years in various management roles. She is also a Vice President of the Montana 4-H Foundation Board and Chair of their marketing committee. Ms. Shroyer is an active member of the White Sulphur Springs community and is a proud 5th generation cattle rancher.
