Raj I. Chowdhry, CA
Interim President & Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board

Mr. Chowdhry C.A., a Chartered Accountant is the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board and is a Director of the Company. Mr. Chowdhry has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets and is currently a director of various public companies.

Mr. Chowdhry, the founder & president of Futura Capital Ltd., a Vancouver based private venture capital company was past director of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. and founding director & president of Camphor Ventures Inc., The two companies entered into a business combination in 2007 to unify their existing joint venture with De Beers Canada who is in the final phase of obtaining the necessary permits to develop the next diamond mine in Canada.

Futura Capital Ltd. has been involved in the venture capital business since 1981. The Company has been involved in raising funds for various venture capital projects around the world. Mr. Chowdhry has been the founder, director and/or officer including President and/or Chairman of several public companies trading on global Stock Exchanges including Stock Exchanges in the United States and Canada including the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V).

Mr. Chowdhry received a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm.) degree from The University of British Columbia, Canada, and received his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, Canada. He is also a charter member of the Vancouver chapter of The INDUS Entrepreneurs (TIE).

Jerry Zieg
Vice President — Exploration

Mr. Jerry Zieg, has over 30 years of industry experience. Jerry holds an M.Sc. in geology from the University of Montana. Jerry had joined NovaGold as a Senior Geologist for the Ambler project in 2005 and since 2006 had been responsible for the direction and oversight of NovaGold's U.S. exploration efforts. Jerry has working experience throughout the western U.S., Alaska, and internationally. Jerry's experience includes exploration for both sediment-hosted and volcanic-hosted massive sulfide deposits, porphyry copper deposits, epithermal gold deposits, sediment-hosted gold deposits, carbonate-hosted base metal deposits, and copper-cobalt and copper-nickel deposits, Prior to joining NovaGold, Jerry had spent 24 years working for Cominco American Inc. and later Teck Cominco American Inc.

Wylie Hui, C.A., C.P.A.(Illinois)
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Wylie Hui, a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois), has over 15 years of professional experience. Mr. Hui, as Senior Manager of Ernst & Young’s Transaction Support team based in San Francisco, USA, provided services to corporate and private equity clients. Mr. Hui, after completing his C.A. designation in 1998, at Ernst & Young, provided services in the areas of mining, oil & gas and life sciences while based in Vancouver, Canada.

Bob Jacko
Project Manager, Black Butte Copper

Mr. Jacko has over 30 years experience in the mining industry including over six years working with First Nations and Alaskan Native groups. A graduate from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mining Engineering, Mr. Jacko is a professional engineer with operations, construction and planning experience in both underground and open-pit operations in the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Tintina, Mr. Jacko held the position of General Manager – Project Development with Avanti Mining Inc., Vice President and General Manager, Projects for Thompson Creek Metals which included the responsibility for engineering and construction of the Endako Mine expansion and oversight of two pre-feasibility projects. Previous to Thompson Creek, Mr. Jacko spent 20 years with Cominco and Teck Cominco of which the last 10 years as General Manager of their northern operations at Polaris, Red Dog and most recently Pogo. During his time at Pogo, he transitioned from the construction to the operations phase of the project. He was a member of the Mine Safety Bill Committee for the Northwest Territories, and is a member of the BC Mining Code Review Committee.

Nathan Chutas
Senior Geologist

Dr. Nathan Chutas has worked with mining and exploration companies in varying capacities for over 10 years. Nathan holds a B.S. in Geology and Chemistry from Mount Union College and a PhD in Geological Sciences from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Tintina Resources Inc, Nathan worked for NovaGold Resources as a project geologist and later project manager for the Ambler project and the Colorado Creek project. Before that, Nathan worked as an exploration geologist for TeckCominco and as a researcher at Duke University. Nathan has worked on a number of deposit-types including sediment- and volcanic-hosted epithermal silver and gold systems, carbonate-hosted base metal systems, intrusive-related platinum and chromium systems, and intrusive-related gold systems. He has studied and/or worked at deposits in Alaska, Western US, Mexico, South Africa, and the Philippines.

Vince Scartozzi
Senior Geologist

Vince Scartozzi has worked with mining and exploration companies for over 20 years. Vince holds a B.S. in Geology from Eastern Washington University. Prior to joining Tintina, Vince was the Chief Geologist for two years at Alexco’s Bellekeno Mine in the Keno District, Yukon during resource definition, pre-production development and successful startup of the mine. Prior to that he managed the Ambler Project for Novagold for one year. Vince spent 15 years working for Cominco American and Teck Cominco, including four years as production geologist during the development and startup of the Pend Oreille Mine, and three years as Chief Geologist.
